Sweet Potato Pizza

A healthy adaptation of pizza with indian spices, goat cheese mousse and smoked salmon and sardines spread.

  1. 1 sweet potato
  2. 1/4 cup of goat cheese
  3. 1 cup of smoked salmon
  4. 1 can of sardines
  5. 1 tsp of curry
  6. 1 tsp of turmeric
  7. 4 springs green onions
  8. 1 bulb of roasted garlic
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. 2 egg whites
  11. 1 tsp sea salt
  12. 1 tsp black pepper
  13. 1 tsp garlic powder
Sweet Potato Cake
  1. peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, boil until cooked (15 min)
  2. drain the water and mash the potatoes with a fork
  3. add the turmeric and curry
  4. slightly beat the egg whites and incorporate to the mixture
  5. sheet pan with parchment paper, form the dough to desired shape (I made a rectangle)
  6. bake for 20' on 350F
Goat Cheese Mousse
  1. mix the roasted garlic with olive oil
  2. add the salt, pepper and garlic powder
  3. mix in the goat cheese at room temperature
  4. add the green onion finely chopped
Smoked Salmon Spread
  1. shred the sardines with a fork, include the oil
  2. mix in the smoked salmon (mine was super chunky)
  1. Once the sweet potato cake is cooled, add a layer of the goat cheese mixture to taste, add the spread and serve.
